From idea to working product.

Chloe built our OCR and data extraction pipeline from scratch. She handled the full transformation of complex, unstructured legacy records into a clean, structured database — careful, judgement-heavy work, executed with exceptional accuracy. The output now feeds directly into our predictive models, where data quality at the margin matters. She owned the technical side end-to-end, worked independently throughout, and was a steady and reliable presence on the team. I recommend her without hesitation.

In four weeks Chloe rebuilt seven of our iDEA badges, each a microsite of digital learning available for anyone wanting to learn digital skills for free. Chloe helped us hit our 10-badge target and unlock the funding tied to it — as a charity we rely on grants and donations to provide our badges for free. She updated and standardised the code architecture across all seven, keeping the look and feel of the library consistent throughout. Independent, methodical and importantly reliable, we look forward to being able to work together again in the future.

On the recommendation of an experienced associate, we engaged Chloe to build the Welsh Echo Challenge for Cardiff University — a pronunciation testing platform for Welsh language learners. Due to changes in scope, we were under intense pressure to finalise the project and Chloe was able to build a full React/Firebase prototype in 5 days, including student testing flow, tutor grading dashboard, automated results emails and Firebase deployment. The client was incredibly happy with what she delivered. Chloe has helped with additional tasks, and we’ll certainly be going back to her. She’s professional, communicates well, works fast under pressure and a pleasure to work with.

Chloe took our website rebrand from concept to a fully live, polished site. Her technical expertise and clear communication made the whole process effortless on our end, and the finished site has had a great response. A genuine pleasure to work with, and someone I’d happily recommend to others.

Chloe grew our StEP Ignite Instagram following from 46 to 400+ in four weeks, while also mentoring our student cohort. Professional, proactive, easy to work with — and someone I’ve happily continued to recommend across the OUI network since.

Chloe ran a half day social media training session and produced a step by step guide on how to build and grow my business and brand on social media. You’d thought of everything! Including putting practical exercises within the day so it wasn’t repetitive or passive training. Very structured which made learning easy. Also funny and personable, it was really easy to work with you. I went from having zero knowledge and confidence in how to set up and grow a social media channel to having a clear plan on how I’m going to launch and grow a channel for my business.
